能做什么：检索接受 Lightning、L402、BOLT12 与 USDT 的支付商户，可按分类与支付通道筛选，并用 verify_payment_endpoint 探测端点是否在线。

什么时候接：想让 agent 自主购买 API、数据或算力时，先用它筛出支持机器付款的商户、确认端点没挂，再决定接哪家并小额试单。

注意：验证只证明端点可访问，不担保商户信誉、价格与履约；付款走链上或 L402 属真实资金，退款与纠纷要自己兜底。

可用工具

search_merchantsSearch OP-verified merchants by rail, chain, category, agent-callable tier, trust tier, and free text. Ranked by trust tier then verification recency.
get_merchantGet the full record for one merchant including all rails, payment endpoints, and OP attestation. Tier 2+ requires an AT credential.
verify_payment_endpointRun a live check against a merchant's declared payment endpoint for a rail. Returns health, detail, and rail-specific evidence.
list_categoriesList the category taxonomy with merchant counts.
list_railsList supported payment rails and their current merchant counts.
whoamiReport the resolved credential state and rate limits for the calling agent.
