Write a Promotion Case with Evidence
Added 2026-10-30
Turn work logs into three lines — impact, difficulty, repeatability — instead of listing tasks.
I am preparing a promotion case. I will give a scattered list of what I have done. Do: 1) group by business impact, problem difficulty, and repeatability (did it make others better); 2) pick two representative examples per line and write each as background, action, result, number; 3) flag items that look busy but are low value and should be left out; 4) three sentences on why I should be promoted now. Do not exaggerate; mark missing numbers for me to fill.

How to use
晋升材料不是任务清单,是影响清单。
Try tweaking it
- Rewrite each experience as action + result + verifiable number.
- Have it gather the job requirements first, then rewrite against them.
What you should get
- Rewritten bullets: action, result, number
- Likely follow-up questions and how to answer
Common mistakes
- Asking it to "optimise the CV", and every line starts sounding like a template.
- Adding projects you never did — it falls apart in the first interview.
How to check the output
- Each line is action + result + number, and you can defend the details.
- Nothing you did not actually do has been added.
Where it works
- Good for: rewriting experience as action + result + verifiable metric for CVs and interviews.
- Watch out: metrics must be real; AI can phrase them, not invent them.
