I have three sentences to say at standup. I will give what I did yesterday and today's plan. Write three lines: 1) what finished yesterday with a result, not process; 2) what I will do today, two items max; 3) what is blocked and who needs to help — say none if none. Under 25 words each. No "continuing to push forward" non-information.
