Learning with Only 20 Minutes a Day
Added 2026-10-31
Break learning into units you can start immediately, so you never re-decide what to study.
I have only 20 minutes a day to study and often waste it deciding where to start. Do: 1) break the topic into 20-minute units, each saying what the first action is once opened; 2) sequence two weeks; 3) give a five-minute fallback for low-energy days; 4) name the unit most likely to stall and how to route around it; 5) design a 30-second daily note so I can resume next time.

How to use
学习卡住往往不是难,是不知道下一步。
Try tweaking it
- Ask for one diagnostic question first to locate where you are stuck.
- Replace "explain it" with "give three progressive exercises; correct me after I answer".
What you should get
- A diagnosis of exactly where you are stuck
- A small set of self-checkable exercises
Common mistakes
- Asking it to explain from scratch, and still not knowing where you went wrong.
- Memorising the explanation as the answer, then failing on any variant.
How to check the output
- It names exactly where you are stuck instead of re-explaining everything.
- Exercises are graded and self-checkable.
Where it works
- Good for: diagnosing where you are stuck, then giving the smallest exercise instead of a lecture.
- Watch out: ask it to flag uncertainty rather than memorising a confident but wrong explanation.
