UUID Batch Generator
Generate 1–100 UUID v4 values at once, one per line, in the lowercase 8-4-4-4-12 format. Useful for test fixtures, database keys, and trace IDs. A v4 UUID is randomly generated and not time-ordered, so collisions are extremely unlikely but not impossible.
How to use
- Set how many UUIDs you need, from 1 to 100.
- Click Run; each result is a lowercase v4 UUID on its own line.
- Copy the list into SQL, JSON fixtures, or a test script.
FAQ
Can the UUIDs repeat?
A v4 UUID has 122 random bits, so a repeat is extremely unlikely, but it is not mathematically impossible.
How is v4 different from v7?
v7 includes a timestamp and is roughly time-ordered, which suits database keys better. This tool generates only random v4 values.
Can I customize the format?
No. The output is fixed to the standard lowercase hyphenated form, for example 3f2504e0-4f89-41d3-9a0c-0305e82c3301.
