Are words with different case duplicates?
The tool compares text, so Word and word may be treated as different words. If you want them treated as one, convert everything to lowercase first, and the result will be closer to what you expect.
Does the result keep the original order?
Words are usually kept in the order they first appear, which makes comparison with the source easy. If you want alphabetical order, run the sort tool on the deduplicated list for a tidier vocabulary.
