Morse Code Encoder

Convert Latin letters and digits into international Morse code, with spaces between letters and a slash between words. Good for telegram-style copy, puzzles, and classroom demos. Chinese, Japanese kana, and punctuation are outside the mapping and are skipped.

How to use
  • Type Latin letters, digits, and spaces.
  • Each character becomes a dot-dash sequence; a space becomes / between words.
  • Keep the single spaces between letters when you copy the result, or the receiver cannot separate the characters.

FAQ

Does it support Chinese or Japanese?

No. International Morse code defines Latin letters, digits, and a few punctuation marks; this tool converts letters and digits only.

How do I mark the gap between words?

A slash marks a word gap. Letters are separated by a single space, so do not rely on several spaces to show the gap.

Can it decode Morse code?

This tool only encodes. Use a dedicated Morse decoder for the reverse direction.
