Lorem Ipsum Generator
Generate Lorem ipsum placeholder text with the word count you choose, separated by spaces and drawn from a classic list of about 35 words. It is meant for layout drafts, type tests, and design mockups where real copy would distract from spacing. The list repeats, and no paragraphs or punctuation are added.
How to use
- Set the word count, from 5 to 500.
- Click Run to generate space-separated placeholder words.
- Paste the text into a layout or template to test type, line height, and wrapping.
FAQ
Why does the text repeat?
The word list has only about 35 words, so it loops once you ask for more than that.
Are there paragraphs and punctuation?
No. The output is space-separated words only; add paragraphs and punctuation yourself if you need them.
Does the Latin mean anything?
It is placeholder text derived from a classical passage; it does not form complete, meaningful sentences.
