Write a Positioning Statement
Added 2026-11-03
Who it is for, what it replaces, why it is different.
I need a positioning statement (product info below). Use this structure: 1) for whom, a specific group not everyone; 2) what they use instead today, including nothing; 3) what we are; 4) why we are different, with one verifiable point; 5) why switching is worth it now. Then point out which part of my information does not yet support this position. Do not use "leading" or "all-in-one".

How to use
定位的检验标准:说清「不用你会怎样」。
Try tweaking it
- Write one selling point for three readers: beginner, expert, decision maker.
- Replace "compelling" with a structure: pain, proof, action.
What you should get
- Several versions by channel or reader
- The claim and proof behind each version
Common mistakes
- Asking for "more compelling copy" and getting adjectives instead of facts.
- Letting it invent user counts or reviews — a risk the moment you publish.
How to check the output
- Claims are specific and checkable, without empty adjectives.
- No invented sales, user counts or reviews.
Where it works
- Good for: writing one selling point in several channel voices, then comparing which is most specific.
- Watch out: never let it fabricate sales, user counts or reviews — leave unknown numbers blank.
